Brunswick Exploration (TSX-V:BRW) has appointed Charles Kodors as vice president of international projects to reflect his accrued responsibility within the company.
Kodors has been with Brunswick Exploration since rebranding in 2020 and has been instrumental in securing the company’s international portfolio over the last three years.
He has over 15 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry, where prior to his role at Brunswick, he served as an exploration manager for Osisko Metals (TSX:OM) and a senior exploration geologist for Kirkland Lake Gold.
As previously reported, Brunswick is raising up to C$4 million ($4.11 million) through an insider-led private placement to advance its lithium exploration activities across Canada, Saudi Arabia and Greenland.
CEO Killian Charles says the financing comes at a crucial time as Brunswick looks to begin exploration in Saudi Arabia and expand its international presence.
“Over the last 12 months, we have identified multiple high priority jurisdictions that have seen little to no lithium exploration efforts,” Charles says.
