Broken Hill Mines (ASX:BHM) will be reinstated on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) as of today 21 July at 10.00am (AEST), amid targeting a resource increase and drilling program at its Pinnacles Mine project.
The FY26 drilling program intends to boost its current resource estimate in both size and grade.
Pinnacles currently holds an estimate of 6 million tonnes at 10.9% zinc equivalent, which equates to 133 grams per tonne silver, 3.3% lead, 4.7% zinc, and 0.5g/t gold.
Broken Hills will cover an initial 4,000m across the lease before the end of 2025, as well as logging and assaying another 3,000m of core drilling from previous explorations.
Results from historical work are expected in the next four to six weeks.
Drilling of the area from March 2025 returned results such as 8.9m @ 920g/t silver, 12.2% lead, and 1.3% zinc or 36.3% zinc equivalent from 11m including 5.9m @ 1,350g/t silver, 17.4% lead, and 1.9% zinc or 52.8% zinc equivalent from 14m at drillhole PN311.
Broken Hill Mines is consolidated from two of the three mining companies from the Broken Hill area that run silver, lead, and zinc operations across its Rasp and Pinnacles mines.
