Kylie Prendergast, Managing Director of Helix Resources (ASX:HLX), says the company has a “big fat structure” at its Canbelego Project.
“If you know anything about copper projects in Cobar, you need a big fat structure. So we’ve got the big fat structure, it’s full of alteration and it’s got little bits of copper all through it. So now we just need to find the best part in that structure,” she explains.
With the Canbelego Project showing consistent mineralisation, the Helix team is now working with several geoscience methods to assess where the drill should be put next to yield the best results.
Prendergast also touches on the historic Muriel Tank Gold Project, which has never seen modern exploration and the new 11km-long gold zone the company discovered just this year.
