Beacon Minerals (ASX:BCN) has completed the sale of its six Timor Leste concessions to Tivan (ASX:TVN), $250,000 in fully paid ordinary shares in Tivan.
The two parties entered a binding term sheet in November 2025, as previously reported, with the transaction now complete following the satisfaction of the conditions.
Managing Director Graham McGarry says that “the completion of the Timor Leste sale allows Beacon to maintain its focus on its Australian gold operations and growth initiatives”.
“The transaction delivers immediate cash and equity exposure while removing non-core assets from the portfolio,” McGarry says.
Proceeds from the sale will go towards Beacon’s working capital and will support the company’s gold retention strategy.
Beacon Minerals is an ASX-listed gold producer based in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.
