Australian Critical Minerals (ASX:ACM) is undergoing a board restructure, appointing Paul Niardone as non-executive director, following Gary Brabham’s resigning effective immediately.
Niardone has over 30 years of experience in leadership and executive roles, including experience with more than 50 initial public offerings and capital raises for a total greater than $360 million.
He is currently serving as an Executive Director for the Agency Group Australia (ASX:AU1), since joining the board in 2013, as well as a non-executive director for Metallium (ASX:MTM) since April 2024.
As the founder, Niardone previously acted as an Executive Director of Western Australian public relations and communications firm, Professional Public Relations.
Earlier this year, the company entered a binding share purchase agreement to break into Peru’s copper and gold assets, through the acquisition of privately held Circuit Resources, as reported by Mining.com.au.
Australian Critical Minerals is an Australian explorer focused on developing its portfolio of channel iron and banded iron projects in Western Australia.
