Aurumin (ASX:AUN) reports it has entered the competitive ballot process for 15 tenements adjacent to the Central Sandstone Project in Western Australia.
The company says the ballots in the Sandstone area are a result of compulsory partial surrenders required by Section 65 of the Mining Act 1978 and contains applications from several parties.
The tenements applied for by Aurumin include E57/1362, E57/1363, E57/1364, E57/1366, E57/1368, E57/1367, E57/1365, E57/1371, E57/1369, E57/1372, E57/1370, E57/1374, E57/1375, E57/1373, and E57/1267.
Aurumin is an ASX-listed mineral exploration company focused on 2 projects in Western Australia including the Sandstone Gold Operations which comprises of the Central Sandstone Project and the Johnson’s Range Project.
The second asset held by the company is the Southern Cross Operations which includes the Mt Dimer Project and the Mt Palmer Project.
