Technology services provider Atturra (ASX:ATA) has acquired US-based Kitepipe – a Boomi platinum partner – via its subsidiary Atturra North America.
Kitepipe has over 10 years of experience in Boomi integration services and has expertise across biotech, finance, and healthcare industries. Boomi is a software company that specialises in integration platform as a service (iPaaS), API management, master data management, and data preparation.
As part of the acquisition, Atturra will pay US$3.15 million ($4.99 million) cash, with an earn-out/post-completion consideration of up to US$3.18m in cash subject to Kitepipe achieving performance hurdles during 2025 and 2026.
The purchase price, including upfront and deferred consideration, is based on a multiple of 7.5x forecast EBITDA. Integration costs have been budgeted at US$350,000.
The company says the acquisition of Kitepipe will add significant value to Atturra’s global operations, reinforcing its commitment to delivering innovative, data-driven transformations.
Atturra CEO Stephen Kowal says this acquisition is an evolution of Attura’s data and integration capabilities, providing a capability footprint in North America.
“Importantly for Atturra and Kitepipe, the teams have known each other for well over a year and already have a great working relationship,” Kowal says.
“This acquisition will further solidify the global relationship between Atturra and Boomi. Kitepipe’s deep Boomi expertise enhances Atturra’s ability to deliver seamless, end-to-end integration solutions to clients across the Asia-Pacific and North America regions.”
Kitepipe CEO Larry Cone says the combination with Atturra brings needed scale and fills key gaps in the Boomi-focused consulting and managed service offerings.

Atturra provides a range of enterprise advisory, consulting, IT services, and solutions with a focus on local government, utilities, education, defence, federal government, financial services and manufacturing industries.
The company has partnerships with global providers such as Boomi, Cisco, HP, Microsoft, Nuix, OpenText, Smartsheet, and more.
