Atomic Eagle strengthens US investor access on OTCQX

Atomic Eagle (ASX:AEU) has upgraded its trading platform from the OTCQB Venture Market to the OTCQX Best Market under the ticker code ‘AEUXF’.

The company says the upgrade reflects enhanced standards, governance, and disclosure compliance.

The OTCQX Best Market is described as the OTC Markets Group’s “highest level market for international and US companies”, as reported by Mining.com.au.

The OTCQX Best Market will strengthen Atomic Eagle’s access to US institutional capital and specialist uranium investors.

Atomic Eagle CEO Phil Hoskins says the company’s upgrade to the OTCQX Best Market will provide “direct access to US investors at a time when nuclear energy is undergoing a structural resurgence”.

Atomic Eagle is a uranium explorer and developer focused on advancing the Muntanga Project in Zambia.
