Astute gains greenlight for Venari name change

Astute Metals (ASX:ASE) has received shareholder approval for a company name change to Venari Minerals under the ticker code VMS.

The proposed ticker has been reserved and is expected to become the trading code on or around 14 October 2025.

The name change was first proposed in late July 2025, amid the company conducting a $5.5 million placement as part of its strategy to assess the potential of the Needles Gold Project and Red Mountain Lithium Project in the US.

Astute Metals is a diversified mineral explorer focused on its critical and precious metals projects in Nevada, with a principal focus on lithium, gold, and silver.
