Ark Mines director passes on baton

One of Ark Mines’ (ASX:AHK) two longest-serving directors, Ian Mitchell, has retired as of today.

Mitchell joined the board on 29 December 2010, providing the company with extensive legal and governance experience, as well as ‘keen’ business acumen and boardroom skills.

Ark Mines is grateful to Mitchell for his “tireless dedication” to the company’s development.

Existing CFO Ian White will take a more active role in the company’s secretarial affairs following Mitchell’s retirement.

Ark Mines is a critical minerals exploration and development company with assets in North Queensland.
