APC Minerals (ASX:APC) has received firm commitments to raise $264,000 (before costs) through a placement of 66 million new fully paid ordinary shares in the company at an issue price of $0.004 per new share.
The issue price represents a discount of 55.56% to the last closing price or $0.009 on 15 January 2026 and 52.94% to the 15-day volume weighted average price of $0.0085 per share.
Yelverton Capital is the lead manager of this placement.
The placement provides APC with the financial flexibility needed for new project opportunities and to fund the advancement of its existing portfolio of projects.
APC Minerals is an Australian exploration company with tenure across two project areas in Western Australia’s Goldfields and West Arunta regions, and projects spanning gold, rare earth elements, and lithium.
