American Uranium (ASX:AMU) has upgraded its trading status on the US market from the OTCID to the OTCQB Venture Market to increase North American investor interest.
The company says the share platform change will provide “improved liquidity and accessibility” for US investors.
American Uranium will continue to trade under the ticker code ‘AMUIF’ on the OTCQB Venture Market.
CEO Bruce Lane says the company is pleased to have upgraded its share platform for North American investors.
“This milestone is expected to continue to enhance our visibility in the US investment market and provide North American investors with improved access to our ordinary shares as we advance Lo Herma toward development,” Lane says.
American Uranium is focused on advancing the Lo Herma In-Situ Recovery Uranium Project located in Wyoming’s Powder River basin in the US. The project hosts a resource of 8.57 million pounds of triuranium octoxide.
