American Uranium extends entitlement offer as drill results near

American Uranium (ASX:AMU) has extended the closing date of its pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement offer from 5 June to 15 July 2026.

The company notes that recent trading conditions have been volatile during the current entitlement offer period but are now stabilising. The extension is to provide shareholders with additional time to assess their participation in the entitlement offer.

With new drill results from the Lo Herma In-Situ Recovery (ISR) Uranium Project in Wyoming, US, expected by early July 2026, the extension also allows shareholders to consider their participation with the backing of these results.

The key terms of the entitlement offer remain unchanged, with an issue price of $0.12 per new share and an entitlement ratio of one new share for every six shares held at the record date.

American Uranium’s drill program at Lo Herma is ongoing, with expectations that it will be mostly complete by the end of June or early July 2026. The company is progressing towards an updated mineral resource estimate and Scoping Study as it works on a development pathway for Lo Herma.

American Uranium is focused on advancing the Lo Herma ISR Uranium Project in Wyoming’s Powder River Basin.
