American Uranium enters OTCID Basic Market

American Uranium (ASX:AMU) has listed on the OTCID Basic Market under the ticker ‘AMUIF’ to cross-trade its securities into the North American market.

CEO Bruce Lane says the company is pleased to be trading on the OTC as a part of its strategy to expand into the North American market, where its projects are based.

“OTC cross trading provides access to the large North American investment community & enhanced convenience for these investors to trade AMU shares,” Lane says.

“AMU’s strategy is fundamentally North American focused, and our aim is to develop US based uranium resources for the resurgent US nuclear sector with a focus on our advanced Lo Herma project.”

The expansion comes in time as the company commences drilling later this month at its Lo Herma Uranium Project, located in Wyoming, US.

As reported by Mining.com.au, American Uranium is streamlining its next phase of development across its in-situ recovery projects, with phase one of drilling targeting a resource expansion at the north of planned mine units one and two.

Formerly known as GTI Energy, American Uranium is focused on generating clean fuel to reduce global greenhouse gas emissions.
