Alligator Energy (ASX:AGE) has transitioned Greg Hall to act as a non-executive director on the company’s board, following his decision to resign from the role of CEO in May 2025.
Hall’s role as non-executive director is effective as of yesterday (1 February).
Alligator says the board is thankful for Hall’s contribution during this transition period, as he continued to work and support the company during this board restructure.
As reported by Mining.com.au, Andrea Marsland-Smith stepped into the role of CEO after Hall’s decision to step back for the company’s transition from explorer to emerging uranium producer.
Marsland-Smith was previously acting as the COO for Alligator.
Alligator Energy is a uranium and energy metals project developer and explorer, focusing on the development of uranium production in South Australia and the Northern Territory.
The company is presenting at RIU Explorers Conference in Fremantle, Western Australia, held from 17-19 February.
