Alligator Energy (ASX:AGE) has appointed interim replacements following the resignation of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary Joe Sutanto.
The company has appointed R Blayney Morgan as interim CFO. He is a Director of Rhopa Consulting & Advisory and was previously an audit partner at SW Accountants & Advisors.
Jake van der Hoek has been appointed Company Secretary. Van der Hoek is a Director with HLB Mann Judd and brings experience in corporate governance.
The company says van der Hoek will be responsible for communication with the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on listing rule matters.
Both appointments are effective immediately as Alligator continues to advance its uranium development strategy.
Sutanto will remain with the company until 31 August 2026 to ensure a smooth transition, with the board thanking Sutanto for his contribution.
The company also notes that its registered office and principal place of business is now located at Level 1, 5–7 King William Road, Unley, South Australia 5061.
The appointments come as Alligator advances its uranium development strategy amid growing demand for nuclear energy and ongoing supply constraints.
Alligator Energy is developing uranium projects in South Australia and the Northern Territory. The company’s flagship Samphire Uranium Project is located in the Gawler Craton region of South Australia.
