Allied Critical Metals (CSE:ACM) has received conditional approval to list on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSX-V) as a Tier 1 Mining Issuer.
The TSX-V has conditionally accepted the tungsten developer’s application to list its common shares under the trading symbol ACM. Final approval remains subject to satisfying customary listing conditions and providing required documentation.
CEO Roy Bonnell says the company believes a TSX-V listing will provide improved access to capital markets as it focuses on unlocking the potential of the Borralha Tungsten Project and Vila Verde Tungsten Project in northern Portugal.
“We look forward to enhancing our capital markets profile by increasing our investor relations efforts and achieving our strategic objectives,” Bonnell says.
Allied Critical intends to voluntarily delist from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) in connection with the TSX-V listing, subject to applicable CSE requirements. The delisting is expected to become effective once trading commences on the TSX-V.
The Canada-based mining company owns 100% of both past-producing tungsten projects in northern Portugal. Tungsten is classified as a critical metal by the US, the EU, and NATO due to its role in defence, engineering, energy, manufacturing, and advanced technologies.
Allied Critical Metals also trades on the OTCQB under the symbol ACMIF and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under 0VJ0.
