Adelong Gold’s (ASX:ADG) non-executive director Louie Simens has resigned from his role on the board as of 27 January.
The company says Simens decision to resign from the company is due to personal reasons, after he also resigned from Nova Minerals’ (ASX:NVA) board today. Siemens acted as an Executive Director for Nova.
Simens joined Adelong after Nova signed a $1 million strategic investment in the company in September 2025. Adelong says Simens’ resignation is not expected to impact the two companies’ strategic relationship.
Adelong says it extends its best wishes to Simens in future pursuits.
