Adavale Resources (ASX:ADD) has reported assays from 13 drill holes that continue to validate and extend the London-Victoria Gold Mine resource below the existing open pit.
The company has now completed 14,155m of drilling across 43 holes, with the latest 13 holes representing 2,751m of the total program.
Highlights include 19m at 1.36 grams per tonne gold from 149m in hole ALRC059 and 6m at 3.22g/t gold from 35m in ALRC058.
The drilling forms part of Adavale’s systematic resource expansion strategy at London-Victoria, which the company interprets as part of a larger Parkes Thrust-hosted gold corridor extending south through recently acquired tenure to the Calarie Mining Licence.
Managing Director David Ward says the “results continue to build confidence in the scale and continuity of gold mineralisation below the historic open pit”.
“Increasing drill density is refining our geological model and improving our understanding of the controls on the higher-grade shoots,” Ward adds.
Metallurgy, resource update, and project context
Higher-grade intercepts, including 4m at 3.60g/t gold from 190m in ALRC029, continue to support the continuity of discrete higher-grade lodes below the open pit in the north.
Broad intercepts in ALRC056, ALRC058, and ALRC059 continue the trend of broad intercepts of up to 47m true width in the south.
The company is conducting reverse circulation and diamond drilling, with the diamond providing structural information and improving confidence in the geological model.
Preliminary metallurgical testwork on three composite samples has returned favourable results, with the two higher-grade samples demonstrating rapid leach kinetics and final 24-hour recoveries of approximately 81%–83%.
Reagent consumption was low across all three composites, with both sodium cyanide and lime consumption below 0.55kg/t.
Adavale expects to complete an updated Mineral Resource Estimate by mid-third quarter 2026. The company continues drilling with two rigs on site, with assays from a further 26 drill holes expected over the coming weeks.
The London-Victoria project forms part of Adavale’s belt-scale Parkes Project, which spans 610km², including the Calarie Mining Licence and 10 exploration licences covering 70km of contiguous strike.
The project sits within the Macquarie Arc of New South Wales’ Lachlan Fold Belt, adjacent to major operations including Cadia Ridgeway and Northparkes.
