Unico Silver (ASX:USL) has increased its share purchase plan to raise a total of $10.32 million, after originally seeking $5 million.
The company received applications to raise more than $19 million in this funding initiative, with applications closing on 17 December 2025.
Eligible shareholders will be able to subscribe for up to $30,000 in shares at a price of $0.55 per share. This is the same issue price as used in Unico’s recent placement.
As reported by Mining.com.au, Unico raised $40 million through a placement to fund exploration programs at the Joaquin Project in the Santa Cruz region of Argentina.
The total $50 million raised under the greater capital raising will be used to progress activities at both Joaquin and the Cerro Leon Silver Project.
Unico Silver is a mineral explorer focused on discovering silver and gold deposits in Argentina’s Santa Cruz region.
