Temas strategically positions in scientific consortium

Temas Resources (ASX:TIO) has undertaken several corporate and strategic initiatives to strengthen the company’s growth strategy, market presence, and critical minerals platform.

The company has been accepted as a member of the CSM Scientific Network, part of the Consortium for Research and Innovation in Metal Transformation (CRITIM) out of Québec, Canada.

The consortium is focused on critical and strategic minerals and includes small and medium enterprises (SMEs), large enterprises, research institutions, and other professionals within the critical minerals industry and comprises 177 members.

Temas CEO Tim Fernback says that the membership “is an important step for the company, given CSM’s focus on critical and strategic mineral development and process validation.”

“This consortium is comprised of over 177 members, including global leaders such as Rio Tinto, Vale, General Motors, and McGill University, as well as smaller innovating groups such as Temas Resources,” Fernback says.

Temas has also engaged with Independent Trading Group (ITG) for market-making services in compliance with the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). ITG will trade shares on behalf of the company on the CSE as a way to maintain market momentum and improve the liquidity of the company’s common shares.

ITG will receive a monthly fee of CAD$10,000 ($10,895) for the initial five months of the contract, with a monthly renewal of CAD$5,000 per month unless terminated by either party.

The final update from Temas is that the company has entered into a Research Services Agreement, dated 9 December 2025, with Pitt Street Research for Pitt to provide independent research coverage in 2026.

Pitt Street Research will prepare an initiation research report, provide research updates following ASX updates, and analyst commentary on company news flow.

Under the terms of the agreement, Temas will issue 450,000 CHESS Depositary Interests (CDIs) to Pitt Street Research.

Fernback says that “these initiatives collectively strengthen Temas’ corporate platform as we continue to advance our technology-driven critical minerals strategy.”

“Independent research courage, deeper integration within Québec’s scientific and innovation ecosystem, and enhanced market liquidity all support our objective of building long-term shareholder value.”

Temas is a technology-driven company with a focus on critical minerals projects and a patented regenerative chloride leach (RCL) technology platform.
