Stelar Metals confirms tungsten mineralisation at Hill of Leaders

Stelar Metals (ASX:SLB) has completed phase one fieldwork at its Hill of Leaders Tungsten Project in the Northern Territory.

The company collected 18 rock chip and grab samples across the tungsten field and has dispatched them to a laboratory for assay, with first results expected late this month (June 2026).

Stelar identified tungsten mineralisation occurring predominantly as wolframite and scheelite hosted within quartz vein and greisen alteration systems.

The company notes that the mineralisation comprises multiple subparallel and stacked quartz veins in mineralised corridors extending over widths of 100m and over 2km in length.

Executive Chair Stephen Biggins says these were identified in outcrop and shallow historic mine workings as part of the company’s “first successful field campaign” on Hill of Leaders.

With this, phase one reverse circulation (RC) drill planning is on track to commence in July 2026, targeting approximately 3,000m over three sections. This will be followed up by phase one diamond drilling covering 1,000m in the Q3 of 2026; then phase two RC, diamond, and resource drilling in Q4 2026 onwards.

In the meantime, Biggins says the phase two mapping and sampling program is “imminent”.

“Along with our… second field campaign, shareholders should expect Stelar’s first tungsten assays from our new project later this month ahead of the start of RC drilling schedule in July,” Biggins says.

The Hill of Leaders Tungsten Project covers 445km2 in the Tennant Creek mining region of the Northern Territory.

Previous rock chip sampling at the project returned surface grades including 6.10% tungsten, 2.10% tungsten, and 1.45% tungsten.
