SSR Mining voluntarily delists from ASX

Denver-based SSR Mining (ASX:SSR) has received approval from the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) to be removed from the official ASX list with delisting expected to occur on 8 April 2025.

The company’s CHESS Depositary Interests will be suspended and cease to trade on 4 April 2025.

SSR Mining, which has a market capitalisation of $3.23 billion, says this decision comes due to the infrequent and low volumes traded on the ASX compared to the NASDAQ and TSX.

The CDIs held on the Australian register have declined to 1.74% of SSR’s total issued share capital as of 31 January 2025.

The company will remain listed on the TSX and NASDAQ under the ticker symbol SSRM.

SSR Mining is a gold-focused company with assets located in the US, Turkey, Canada, and Argentina.
