Solis Minerals’ (ASX:SLM) Director Michael Parker has resigned from his role at the company as of 16 September, though continuing to work with Solis in a consulting role.
Non-executive chairman Chris Gale says the company wishes Parker the best with his future endeavours.
“The board thanks Mike for his excellent vision and leadership, having joined the company as a director since its ASX listing in December 2021,” Gale says.
Solis Minerals is an emerging explorer focused on advancing and developing its copper portfolio in South America.
