Skyharbour Resources (TSX-V:SYH) has closed a non-brokered private placement, raising a total of C$5.25 million ($5.29 million) to fund a 2026 exploration campaign at its Russell Lake and Moore Lake uranium projects.
The company has issued 9.05 million shares at C$0.58 each in this placement.
Skyharbour says this placement was entirely subscribed for by several strategic institutional investors.
Funds will be deployed to exploration and drilling activities at co-flagship properties Russell Lake and Moore Lake, as well as other uranium assets in the Athabasca Basin.
The company began phase one of drilling at the Moore Lake Uranium Project in April this year, planned for between 4,000m and 5,000m across 10–13 drill holes, as reported.
Skyharbour Resources is a uranium explorer and prospect generator in Canada’s Athabasca Basin.
