Silver North Resources (TSX-V:SNAG) has upsized a previously reported brokered private placement by C$2 million ($2.15 million) – totalling C$7 million.
As part of the placement, Red Cloud Securities is acting as the sole agent and bookrunner. Up to 5 million units at a price of C$0.40 per unit will be issued and up to 5.3 million flow-through units will be sold to charitable purchases (Charity FT Units) together with the units at a price of C$0.56 per Charity FT Unit.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each Charity FT Unit will consist of one common share to be issued as a flow-through share and one-half of one warrant.
Silver North intends to use the funds for exploration and related programs on the Haldane and Veronica projects in the Yukon Territory of Canada, alongside general working capital and corporate purposes.
The placement is expected to close on or about 5 February 2026.
