St Barbara (ASX:SBM) announces that Non-Executive Director Joanne Palmer will resign from the board on 30 June for personal reasons.
Palmer has served as a director since September 2023, during which time she chaired the audit and risk committee and served as a member of the remuneration committee.
The company will lodge a final director’s interest notice in accordance with ASX listing rules.
Board Chair Kerry Gleeson says the board thanks Palmer for her service to the company and wishes her well for her future endeavours.
The company has not indicated whether it will seek a replacement director or outlined any interim arrangements for Palmer’s committee responsibilities.
St Barbara is a gold explorer and developer focused on the development of long-life gold assets, with operations spanning Papua New Guinea and Canada.
