Hi-View Resources (CSE:HVW) is conducting a non-brokered private placement, to raise up to C$1 million ($1.08 million) amid the company’s President and director Howard Milne resigning.
Under the private placement, five million units will be issued at C$0.20 per unit. Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. The warrants are exercisable at C$0.30 per share for a 24-month period.
The funds will be allocated towards general working capital.
Further, Hi-View also announces shares for debt to issue 730,808 common shares at the same issue price as the private placement to settle C$146,161.60 of debt due to related parties.
Hi-View is a mineral explorer focused on advancing projects prospective for gold, silver, and copper in the Toodoggone region of Northern British Columbia.
