Auric’s 2024 Jeffreys Find gold sales exceed 10,500oz

Auric Mining (ASX:AWJ) reports its gold sales for 2024 has reached 10,692 ounces from the Jeffreys Find Gold Mine in Western Australia.

In 2023, 9,741 ounces of gold were sold from the Jeffreys Find mine.

The total gold sales for 2024 totals about $41.06 million with an average sale price of $3,840 per ounce.

According to the ABC Bullion, gold’s spot price is $4,216.96 per ounce, as of 9.15am AEDT today.

Auric Mining, which has a market capitalisation of $52.13 million, says the latest sales from two gold mills saw 1,899 ounces sold at $4,172 per ounce.

Managing Director Mark English says the gold campaigns from two mills rush the company towards an early finish for the mine.

“A significant amount of gold will be sold over the coming weeks,” English says.

“Everyone is beyond happy with the results from the initial campaign at Three Mile Hill, the next campaign started yesterday.

“Meanwhile, at Greenfields, the mill is into a fourth week of processing.”

Through the company’s joint venture partner BML Ventures, an estimated 64,520 tonnes was processed in the maiden gold campaign at the Three Mile Hill plant at Coolgardie.

The company’s ambition is to process over 420,000 tonnes for stage two at Jeffreys Find versus the 176,000 tonnes in stage one.

BML Ventures are the miners, operators, and managers of the Jeffreys Find Gold Mine. BML incurs and pays all costs and expenses. After the gold is sold, surplus cash proceeds are split on a 50:50 basis.

Established in 2019, Auric Mining is a Western Australia-based gold explorer and developer focused on producing gold in a tier one gold province.
