1911 Gold’s Baker target adds to True North

1911 Gold (TSXV:AUMB) has reported ‘high-grade’ gold intercepts from near-mine targets at its True North Gold Project in Manitoba, Canada, including 36.44 grams per tonne gold over 1.1m at the newly defined Baker target.

The company completed 30 drill holes for 8,656m, testing the San Antonio Southeast and Shore targets, while confirming the Baker discovery. Other intercepts include 15.89g/t gold (Au) over 2.7m at SAM SE and 5.99g/t Au over 4.90m at Shore.

CEO Shaun Heinrichs says successive drill programs continue to expand the footprint of the near-mine targets.

“These latest results continue that trend with high-grade gold mineralisation confirmed over a strike length of 720m and up to depths approaching 975m, all within the SAM gabbro adjacent to our existing underground infrastructure,” Heinrichs adds.

The SAM SE target confirmed ‘high-grade’ mineralisation from surface within the San Antonio gabbro unit. Hole TN-26-094 returned 15.89g/t gold over 2.7m, including 40.1g/t gold over 1m.

The Shore target returned results from six surface holes and 10 underground holes.

Underground drilling tested down-plunge extensions from Level 16 at 720m depth to 975m vertical depth. TN-26-088 returned 5.99g/t Au over 4.9m, including 24.9g/t Au over 0.7m.

The newly defined Baker target sits within the SAM gabbro unit on the 500 shear zone intersection, approximately 170m south of the 007 shear zone.

Hole TN-26-076 returned the program’s ‘highest grade’: 36.44g/t Au over 1.1m, including 73.7g/t Au over 0.5m at approximately 400m below surface.

“The intersections on the 500 shear zone are encouraging as this emerging target has the potential to add new near mine resources hosted in a parallel vein system, also close to existing infrastructure,” Heinrichs notes.

Additional underground drilling is underway to test depth extensions of SAM SE, expected to complete in August.

1911 Gold plans to include the three new targets in a global resource update expected in Q4 2026.
